T4A GPS Maps 22.10 comes preloaded on a micro SD card with standard adapter, ready for Plug & Navigate. This SD card can be used on most map capable Garmin handheld units and has been tested with latest Drive units as well
Whats new in version 22.10?We processed 267 data submissions for this version. These data submissions not only contribute more roads and POIs to the map but also improve the quality of existing data by means of corrections
We are developing detailed paper maps of the Southern Coast of South Africa. As part of this project we imported farm boundaries and farm names into our South African data set. The large growth of POIs is largely due to this inclusion.
There was again a focus on updating fuel stop data for countries like Namibia, Botswana, Malawi and Zimbabwe.
Our fuel stop data grew by 4.4% as a result of this project
Further enhancements include the upgrade of street level data for various towns in Zimbabwe. These include Kwekwe, Banket, Bindwa, Norton, Gweru, Chegutu, Chinoyi, Plumtree and Figtree. In East Africa we also did an update of new road surfaces as well as mountain range names.

CoverageThe entire African continent is covered in high detail except for the less-travelled areas where information and track data is moderately detailed or where only overland routes and little infrastructure are available.

The maps are NOT compatible with other GPS brands, Android or iOS devices, and will NOT work in iGO or vehicle built-in navigation systems (contact the relevant motor dealer for that manufacturer’s OEM upgrade availability).
