The LMP DigiPen Surface uses the Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP), a proprietary protocol developed by Microsoft specifically for Surface devices and other compatible Windows-based devices.

This protocol enables seamless interaction between the stylus and the device, delivering a highly precise and natural writing and drawing experience. MPP is not only supported by Microsoft Surface models but is also compatible with selected devices from manufacturers such as Lenovo (e.g., Yoga series), HP (e.g., Spectre models), and others.

The LMP DigiPen Surface is a practical tool for note-taking and digital drawing. With 4096 pressure levels and tilt recognition, it provides good control for various tasks. The aluminum body is durable and the magnetic attachment helps keep the stylus handy when not in use. It offers palm rejection, allowing you to rest your hand on the screen while writing and it features two programmable buttons for quick access to selected functions. The built-in 90 mAh battery charges via USB-C (cable included), and the package contains two replacement tips.
