Can I sign up an account even if I may not buy product?
Of course you can! Sign up an account and browse through the website, should you then wish to purchase, your account will then already be active.
Can I submit a request for products not listed on the website?

Can I track my order progress?
Sure, should you wish to be kept up to date with your order progress, you can click on the 'Track My Order' button on the top left of the home page. You will then be prompted to enter your waybill number. Alternatively, once logged in, you can click the 'Account Maintenance' hyperlink and scroll down to 'Order Information'. The order status will be updated instantly as the status changes. You will also be notified by e-mail as the status changes.
Can you deliver on any date specificied by me?
Yes we can, just leave a message in the comment box when confirming your order. We will contact you to confirm the delivery date.
Do you allow advertising on your website?

Yes we do, simply select the option when checking out!

Currently we do not ship internationally, but are restricted within the borders of South Africa.
How can I request a quotation?

How do I add/edit my addresses?
Simply log into your account and click on 'Account Maintenance'. You will be able to edit all your details from that screen
How do I pay for my products?
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Cards - VISA or Mastercard
- Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)
- Direct Deposit
You also have the option of making use of the budget facility, should you wish to pay by credit card.
How do I place an order?
We strongly encourage all orders to be placed online, however should you wish to place orders telephonically, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders received by 1pm shall be processed the same day and dispatched the following working day on condition that payment reflects in the bank account of Shop and Ship Online (Pty) Ltd, orders placed after 1pm shall be dispatched within 24-48hrs provided that it falls on a working day, and that payment reflects in the bank account of Shop and Ship Online (Pty) Ltd. Delivery is done through Shop and Ship Online (Pty) Ltd’s logistics partner, DHL,www.dhl.co.za , and Shop and Ship Online (Pty) Ltd strive to ensure that all parcels shall be delivered within 48 hrs after being dispatched. This is subject to stock availability. Orders may be tracked via the DHL website www.dhl.co.za by entering your waybill number on the left panel.
EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES
Should an order be placed for an item which Shop and Ship Online (Pty) Ltd do not have in stock, we will first contact the customer and only then order the stock from our suppliers. Should our suppliers not be able to confirm a date within three weeks, from time of the order, for delivery, we will contact you and act on your instructions.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Certain special orders, including custom products, special configurations, and build to order PCs, require varying order lead times. Please contact us for further information.

I would like to pay by cheque, can you accomodate me?
Sure we can. Standard policy dictates that we cannot process your order until the cheque has cleared. This could take up to 10 days.
If I wish to have my goods delivered, are they insured?
Unless specified by the customer, goods are not insured by default when shipped from Shop and Ship Online (PTY) Ltd.
I’ve seen a product cheaper elsewhere, will you match the price?
We strive to be very competitive and offer our valued customers the best possible pricing. We place immense value on the services that we offer our customers, be it pre-sale or after sales support. Your business is very important to us, should you receive a legitimate quotation form a reputable South African company, please contact us and we will try our best to match or better the qoutation.

What happens if a product I order is not in stock?
Should it happen that you order a product which is out of stock,we will either offer you an equivalent product, notify you how long it will take for the product to become availible or provide you with a full refund. We strive to ensure the stock levels are 100% accurate, however this may not always be possible.
What is the delivery cost?
We offer a flat rate of R99.00 for all our shipments, irrespective of destination.
When checking out, I cannot select a shipping option. What's wrong?
This is because we only ship within the borders of South Africa. International customers need to contact us for assistance.
